with sympathy ....

Hello there. This time i'm back with a couple of cards that I'm sure most of us hate to make. Unfortunately we all need them from time to time. A colleague from work lost her son, and my son's teacher lost her mother.


So I wanted to create a couple of sedate cards but uplifting. I turned to my Altenew stamps, the peony set. I made a mask for the peony and the leaves and I stamped on a piece of white card.
The sentiment is from Claritystamp.
I then went round all the edges with a versamark pen and sprinkled silver embossing powder for a little bit of bling.

    Never easy cards to make but you've succeeded her, the peonies look divine in soft blue. I really like the delicate silver edging too, still lovely and CAS.
