Hello again. This week is getting to be a pretty busy one on this blog of mine. Time is just whizzing by and it is time for another Fussy and Fancy Friday Challenge.
The challenge this week is being hosted by the lovely Lozzy and for our theme she has chosen dies &/or punches.
We are also being sponsored by The Paper Shelter.
This is the card I made my mum for her birthday and I thought it fitted the theme so I never blogged it earlier.
I used white and purple card.
The dies are by Sue Wilson including one of her gemini dies on the white edge.
Ribbon, twine, tulle, pearls are from my stash
Birthday stamp by Claritystamp Ltd
So I hope this card meets with your approval. I would appreciate any comments you might have, Theresa xx.
Very pretty card Theresa....soft and elegant with such a lovely bouquet. Pat K x

DeleteHow elegant and pretty Theresa and I love the white with that dark blue behind which shows off the gorgeous dies. I have often looked at the SW Gemini dies but have been put off by their slightly large size as they wouldn't all fit on a 6" or just under sized card which is my usual choice. Have you used the whole of the die for the border or have you cut it down a little to fit? Perhaps this is a larger card size though. I hope you don't mind me asking as this border is very pretty. I love the little added arrangement of flowers which is just perfect and I'm sure your Mum will have loved it. x
ReplyDeletedon't mind at all Pat. it is the whole die. and that is an A5 sized card so i guess it should still fit on a 6x6. i have just used another of her gemini dies and it is about 6". and i think that she has made some smaller ones in her recent collection. hope that helps. and yes mum loved it. oh and flowers are the camelias by SW too xx
