Hello my friends. I'm back again. Hopefully this will be a short post with lots of pics.
For this card I used Justrite stamps and spellbinders snowflake and border. I stamped the snowflake using cobalt blue archival ink. I added a strip of double sided adhesive to bottom edge and cut it with a border.
I covered it in microbeads. This was matted on navy blue card. To cover join I cut a strip of white card and stamped sentiment in cobalt blue. i matted on blue and attached to card with foam tape. The snowflake got the microbead treatment and a gem for centre.
I matted on a double white mat and added some bling to the edge of second. Matted on A5 base card and voila' card 1 is finished.
The second card again uses Justrite stamps and a spellbinders snowflake.
I stamped starry background on white card in versamark and brushed white perfect pearls over it.
Snowflake was cut out of navy blue card that had been covered with double sided adhesive and then microbeaded. I added pearl to centre.
On a strip of white card I stamped sentiment in cobalt blue archival ink and matted it on navy blue card. The topper was matted on navy blue card and attached to white base card. I added navy blue pearls to corners as a finishing touch.
And another card finished.
I do love monochrome and tend to precipitate towards blue quite a bit.
As usual I do hope you like my makes, Theresa xx.
