Season's Greetings and Designs by Ryn

Hello my friends. Today's offering is a Christmas card that is created by entirely non-Christmas stamps and stencil.

Designs by Ryn is a Canadian company that produces some wonderful stamps that are very versatile. Ryn has just started producing stencils and this is one of them. The stamp is one of her texture stamps that I turned into baubles.

I taped branch stencil on a  piece of black card. I masked off other branch. Then I inked versamark through stencil using cut and dry foam. I removed stencil and sprinkled on white embossing powder which I heat set.

Then I got the two small stamps that come with the large stamp. I inked them with versamark and stamped 3 baubles and embossed them in white.

Then I added some colour to them wit Sakura gel pens in gold, red and green.

I drew 3 lines in versamark pen and embossed them in white. I stamped the sentiment from Justrite and again embossed in white.

I matted on green and then on white A5 base card.

Finally I added 3 small white bows to baubles and some white enamel dots.
Below is an attempt to capture some sparkle form the gel pens which is very obvious when you look at the card but really difficult to capture on pics.

I do hope you like my make and appreciate all your comments, Theresa xx

I would like to enter this card in the following challenges:
